The
Seven days of listening, letting go, and coming home to yourself.

Maybe you’ve already read the books, saved the quotes and made the lists. You’ve tried the morning routine, the journal, the new mindset. And maybe some of it helped.
So many of us get very good at listening to everyone else. Our partners, our kids, our families, our jobs. We listen outward for so long that we forget what our own voice sounds like.
The 7-Day Return is seven quiet days of coming back into conversation with yourself. One short reflection, one small practice, and a few honest questions each day. No big routine. No pressure to have a breakthrough.
Three gentle check-ins to hear what your body and heart have been trying to tell you.
A permission slip to rest, without having to earn it first.
Naming what you’re done carrying, so you can finally set it down.
Your aliveness list: the things that make you feel like you again.
Five minutes, a timer, and an honest “I want…” list.
One honest choice. Small, true, and yours.
Letting good things in, without brushing them off.
A letter from me, and one line from each day to carry with you.
Years ago I was a tired single mom with two little girls, working hard to hold together a life that didn’t feel like mine. Coming back to myself didn’t happen in one big breakthrough. It happened in small, honest moments. Noticing what felt good and what didn’t. Letting myself want things I couldn’t explain yet.
Those moments eventually took me all the way to Costa Rica. Yours don’t have to take you anywhere. They just have to help you hear yourself again. That’s what I made this for.
With love, Tiffany
Right after checkout you’ll land on a page with your link, and I’ll email it to you too so you can always find it again.
No. It opens in your phone’s browser and works like an app. You can add it to your home screen with two taps.
Yes. Your journal is saved only on your own phone. I can’t see it, and nobody else can either. You can copy or save it as a file whenever you like.
Then you miss a day. Every day stays open, and you can pick up whenever you’re ready. That’s kind of the point.
About 10 to 20 minutes. Longer if you want to linger, shorter if you just want to read.
You don’t have to figure it all out. You just have to be willing to hear yourself.
